- Your order will ship within 2-4 business days.
◦ Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for custom orders to ship.
- Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days after it has shipped, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
◦ International orders will arrive within 3-10 business days after it has shipped.
- Total time range for domestic orders, from placing order to delivery = 4-10 business days
Each order is made-to-order, so we cannot promise same-day shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is processed. We recommend checking your spam and promotional folders in your email inbox as well, in the event that an email filter sorts them into those categories.
- Domestic Express (FedEx): $9.99
- Domestic Economy (USPS): $3.99
- International Priority (FedEx): calculated at checkout
Shipping cost for international orders does not include payment for additional fees that your country may have. All buyers are responsible for any taxes or duty fees required by their country of residence. All international orders that are returned due to refusal or incorrect address info will be refunded minus shipping cost.
We currently ship internationally to:
- Europe: France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden
- Middle East: Israel
- North America: Canada
Please fill out the contact form below and include your correct shipping address. This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The shipping address cannot be changed once the package is in transit.
If you would like to return your order, you must fill out the contact form below.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, unworn/unused or a 30% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Once inspected, we will refund the item purchase total (shipping not included).
- Any items shipped back to us without a prior email confirmation will not be refunded.
Restock timelines vary by product. If you would like to subscribe to our email newsletter, we try to keep customers up to date on restock items and sales through those emails. Or you can sign up to be emailed when the specific product you’re looking for is restocked by clicking on the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page of the website.
We are not currently offering our pendants for sale as solo items. Our suggested solution is to buy the pendant with your preferred chain length/style and have the chain as a backup option.
