The quality of the materials used for the pendant and stainless steel cable seem high quality. The pendant looks a lot smaller in person than I expected. There are no photos of the back of the pendant on the website, and the back has these little brass tabs that seem to hold the skull in place. It looks unfinished and has snagged on my shirt a couple times. I wanted to like this really badly.

We also provide measurements on every product page. It seems you may have received a faulty pendant since it has been snagging your shirt. The tabs are the best way to secure the inlaid skull and our casting partners do everything they can to smooth and finish all pendants, but sometimes the QC slips. ~Molly, Customer Service Manager

Both the chain and the pendant are high quality pieces. The pendant itself is very unique. The brass skull in contrast with the silver is striking, I am glad I selected this option over all -silver. This is my second purchase with Maritime. Likely will not be my last. Maritime ships extremely fast, and very communicative.
